This
was the 4th Pho Pasteur restaurant; for this eatery the Pho
Pasteur's image graduated to a more urbane and sophisticated
appearance. Le wanted to project a new image for Pho Pasteur, thus
attracting a different group of diners, while remaining true to
the Vietnamese culinary tradition. The place itself, located above
the legendary John Harvard Brew Pub, boasts with the following
features: soft lighting, vaulted ceiling, paintings, pastel
colored walls, and best of all multi-level dining areas which
provide a sense of intimacy. This location evokes a sense of
urbanity and sophistication while subtly radiating a tropical
undertone
