In the Spring of 1999, he relocated the restaurant to larger quarters on Richmond Street and opened Monica's Pizzeria in the former space. Shortly thereafter, he opened the Salumeria a few streets down. For the past five years, all of the Monica establishments have been the places to go for superior food -- whether it be a fully prepared meal, specialty items to cook with at home or for a great piece of pizza.
